This is the first program in the “Empowered Caregiver” 5-part series taking place on the second Tuesday of each month at 3PM at Defiance Public Library.

Marybeth Torsell of the Alzheimer’s Association Northwest Ohio Chapter will visit Defiance Public Library Sept. 10 at 3PM to present “Building Foundations of Caregiving.” Explore the role of a caregiver and the changes they may experience. This program will explain the importance of building a support team and managing caregiver stress. Open to all adults.
