Join us at Defiance Public Library on Sept. 19 from 6:00-6:30PM for Sourdough 101 in the Nellie Gary Reading Room! The history of sourdough as a leavener dates back thousands of years. It’s not just for bread though, it can be used for pancakes, crackers, cookies and more! Join us for a tutorial on how to get one started! This class will be safe for those who are gluten free as well as dairy free and vegan. Free and open to all adults.
