Stemming from the French word “decouper,” meaning to cut, this historic craft reached the height of its popularity in 17th & 18th century France. Experiment and learn the craft of decoupage in this free class June 25 at 5PM at Defiance Public Library, where supplies will be provided. All ages welcome.
